Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful time at the apartamento. We felt bad that we lost a day and a half due to the weather in DC, but were grateful to finally be in Venezia. The apartment Santa Margherita was wonderful, it felt like coming home, and the new and improved kitchen cabinets were great! Thank you and to Lucia for making our stay so wonderful.

eigentlich wollten wir ja ins Calle Nani , aber leider war es schon belegt.
Danke, dass Sie uns den Tip "Apartment San Marco" gegeben haben.
Das Appartement ist zwar klein aber sehr elegant und komfortabel.
Mehr Raum braucht man ja auch nicht. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefuehlt.
Man merkt, dass der Inhaber Architekt ist, alles ist geschmackvoll
und mit Liebe eingerichtet, und die Lage ist fantastisch, gleich
hinter dem Markusplatz aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden jetzt beide Apartments auch unseren Freunden empfehlen.

aus Venedig zurückgekehrt moechte ich mich noch einmal für alles bedanken. Ihre Antwort bzgl. der Wäsche hat uns noch rechtzeitig erreicht, und wir haben die Wohnung komfortabel wie eh und je vorgefunden. Die neue Dusche ist eine weitere Bereicherung! Die Calle Nani ist einfach ein Geheim-Tipp, wir haben Ihren Link schon viele Male weiterempfohlen. Aber natürlich hoffen wir, selbst auch wieder das Glück zu haben, dass die Wohnung frei ist, wenn uns die Sehnsucht nach Venedig packt...Nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche in Venedig und alles Gute bis zum nächsten Mal

We enjoyed your apartment San Marco. It was as quiet as you promised
and had everything that we needed, and a well set-up kitchen a very
comfortable bathroom. The location was perfect. We spent 4 wonderful
days but we will have to return to Venice to see more of what we missed.
In all, a wonderful experience, and far more affordable and enjoyable than
a hotel would have been for us. Thank you. Hope to see you next year again.

It is Monday, 6.30pm here in Laos, the country I am working in at the moment. I arrived here by plane this afternoon having left Italy at 12.30pm on Saturday. Lost a bit of time in Bangkok and Vientiane (Laos) but the trip was well worth it.
Venice was fantastic. An amazingly unique place. Your apartment Calle Nani was ideal for our occasion and we could not have wished for more. It offered a comfortable, very comfortable, base from which to explore Venice. Our son Adrian was with us two nights then continued his travels. Sheets were washed etc. so everything was fine.
Karin, we can only say thankyou for the apartment and your trust in us as tenants. Hopefully we can get to Venice again.

Just want to tell you how much we enjoyed your lovely apartment Santa Margherita - it was everything we hoped for and more. We really appreciated all of the effort to decorate the apartment for Christmas - it meant a lot to us. We had been working in the heat of summer in South Africa and had really missed
the build up to the Christmas holiday season but when we arrived at your door with the wreath on it and then the little tree and all the other decorations inside, we were instantly transformed into the holiday spirit - it was just what we needed.
Lucia was very friendly and helpful, we appreciated her taking the time on Christmas eve. Her husband even stopped by on Christmas morning to make sure we knew where to plug in the refrigerator and how to light the stove.
The apartment is nice and spacious - we used the large kitchen for several meals, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the large living room had nice light and we enjoyed the canal view, it made for a nice gathering place when we had friends over for cocktails.
The location is terrific both for the wonderful community spirit in the bars and cafes in Campo Santa Margherita and the great vegetable and fish markets which made it very easy to make some great meals at home.
We look forward to coming back to your apartment, it felt like home to us from the moment we entered it - all decked out for the holidays! We will certainly recommend it to our friends. Thanks again.

Wieder einmal sind wunderschöne Tage in Venedig zu Ende gegangen. Mit vielen Besichtigungen, langen Fahrten in der Lagune, z.B. nach S.Erasmo, auf die Gemüseinsel Venedigs, um die köstliche "Castraura", die erste Artischocke, die Spezialität dieser Jahreszeit, genießen zu können.
Herzlichen Dank für Ihre -wie immer- sehr geschmackvolle und schöne Neugestaltung der Wohnung Calle Nani , das neue Schlafzimmer und als besondere Überraschung den tollen neuen Fernseher mit CD/DVD-Player.
Heute habe ich in einer Zeitschrift einen wunderschönen vierseitigen Artikel über Venedig gelesen. Unter anderem mit begeisterter Schilderung vom Rialto-Markt und seinen Köstlichkeiten, die es hier zu kaufen gibt. Der Schlußsatz dieses Absatzes über den Markt war "Uns blutet das Herz, hier möchten wir kochen".
Dem kann ich nur beipflichten. Darum genieße ich Ihre Wohnung so, die mir zur Gemütlichkeit auch diese Möglichkeit bietet. Köstlich zubereitetes Essen und ausgezeichnete Weine aus der Vinothek.

Seit 45 Jahren kommen wir nach Venedig: Die Stadt hat zu jeder Jahreszeit ihren Reiz. Wir konnten Venedig mit den Einheimischen erleben und haben viele neue Plaetze und Winkel entdeckt. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen.

Im November waren wir Gaeste in der Calle Nani. Nein, Gaeste waren wir nicht, wir waren wieder daheim. Daheim ist fuer uns Venedig und die gemuetliche Wohnung von Familie Franzi. Danke fuer eine Woche Glueck und unsere Seelen konnten baumeln. Meine Tochter feierte Ihren Geburtstag hier in Venedig. Wir waeren so gerne das Meer, um Venedig umarmen zu koennen. und hoffen bis naechstes Jahr.

Calle Nani, a wonderful apartment, wonderful city. Have had tremendous 5 days here. Weather has been glorious. We will come back here again. God willing and stay in this charming apartment in what, in our opinion the loveliest part of Venice. Only 'unhappy moment was being swindled at the Aquarama - do not go. Fortunately everything has been superb!
